The benefits of yoga to our health are
profound and everlasting. It is probably the only form of exercise that works
on our external and internal organs thoroughly.
As we stretch and exercise every muscle, we
are pumping vitality, oxygen and blood to every cell of
the body. Most importantly, it revitalizes every cell in our body with renewed
and optimal flow of vital energy. Besides that, continuous and consistent yoga
allows the drainage of toxins out from our system.
As with any form of exercise, one of the
known benefits of yoga is that it relaxes our body and decreases stress.
